The Seoul office of global creative company .Monks is seeking an Account Director. In this role, you will join our client service team and drive the growth of our key clients. By collaborating closely with clients and internal teams, you will not only build trust but meet and exceed client expectations to deliver substantial growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide client services to senior clients in brand, marketing, and digital teams
- Provide strategic advice on marketing, strategy, and creative challenges
- Drive growth and profitability for the clients you manage
- Ensure flawless project delivery across strategy, creative, film, content, digital, and experiential
- Create and negotiate project scopes and quotations
- Manage project teams both in Korea and globally within .Monks to deliver the best quality output to clients
- Identify growth opportunities beyond client briefs

Requirements
- 13~15 years of experience in an Account Director role
- Experience in a creative, digital, social, or performance marketing agency
- Bilingual in English and Korean
- Ability to create strong presentation decks in both Korean and English without support from a strategist
- Flexible working style with Korean and global clients
- Proactive learning attitude to tackle the unknown territories
- Recruit new clients for future opportunities in Korea
