Now, about the opportunity: Monks is on the look out for an Account Director. You’ll join a special task force to help manage the successful delivery of creative advertising assets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Being the guardian of the brand, ensuring that the client's interests are served with strategic value through the management of assigned resources, bringing to life the day-to-day operation, special projects, and developing a good relationship with the client.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts.
- Be the permanent contact with Marketing Groupers, Brand Managers, on advice, monitoring and compliance with each of the actions included in the work plans.
- Supervise the processes and control formats from day to day, to ensure the correct flow from the beginning to the end of the projects.
- Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner.
For the Client, it is the figure that ensures that the SOW is fulfill. - Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs.
- Identify and approach new potential strategic customers.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as Account Lead or Director on social first clients or accounts
- At least 6-7 years of experience in multidisciplinary agencies (digital and social first)
- An ability to address customer requests in a timely manner
- Entertainment editorial background is a big plus
- Deep understanding of digital and new channels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude - BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant fields
- Excellent English communication skills.
