About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage client relationships, coordinate marketing and advertising campaigns, and ensure seamless project execution. In this role, you will serve as the key link between clients and internal teams, helping bring creative and strategic marketing initiatives to life.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and results-driven environment and is eager to grow in account management, branding, and marketing strategy. This role requires a solid understanding of your client's business landscape, as well as the ability to align it with the agency's capabilities and solutions.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and communication.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable marketing and advertising strategies.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities to expand their marketing efforts.
Campaign & Project Coordination
- Oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, influencer marketing, content creation, and traditional advertising.
- Brief, communicate, and negotiate project goals, tasks, deliverables, and timelines with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of proposals, including marketing and communication strategies, creative concepts, budgets, and timelines.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and at the quality expected by both the agency and the client.
- Monitor campaign performance and assist in optimising strategies for better engagement and results.
- Keen to understand data, analyse and give a point of view in terms of campaign performance.
- Love stalking other clients’ competitors or industry socials and campaigns
Account Administration & Growth Support
- Prepare client presentations, status reports, and campaign performance summaries.
- Assist in creating quotes, updating trackers, managing budgets, timelines, key project milestones, ensure timely invoicing and payment terms.
About You
The Essentials:
- At least interned / has some experience in project delivery and client management.
- Strong understanding of basic digital marketing, social media, advertising, and emerging technologies, with a keen interest in how these can solve modern business challenges.
- A solutions-driven mindset with a proactive, innovative approach.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Exceptional time and resource management skills - organised with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive and eager to learn, with the ability to take initiative and follow through.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues across all levels and departments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mediation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and presentation tools, with a willingness to learn new software/tools.
Not a must, but a plus:
- Proficiency in additional Southeast Asian languages is an advantage
