About the Role:
As the Account Executive for Pharma at Hippocratic AI, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and forging strategic partnerships within the Pharma sector. Drawing upon your established network and deep understanding of pharma industry opportunities, you will lead initiatives to establish Hippocratic AI as a trusted partner for pharma companies, seeking innovative solutions to enhance value and improve outcomes. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI-driven healthcare within pharma companies and make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive the adoption of Hippocratic AI solutions within the assigned pharma companies.
Cultivate and expand relationships with key stakeholders, including digital/IT, commercial, R&D, and medical affairs, to identify partnership opportunities and drive the adoption of AI-driven solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor Hippocratic AI's offerings to meet pharma companies' unique needs and challenges, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives.
Lead negotiations and contract discussions with pharma executives, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support long-term partnerships and drive value for both parties.
Stay informed about the pharma industry trends, regulations, and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Represent Hippocratic AI at pharma conferences, meetings, and events as a trusted advisor and advocate for our company and products.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, healthcare, or related field.
10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the pharma sector, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and forging key relationships.
Established networks and relationships within pharma companies, including with executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
Deep understanding of pharma industry trends, regulations, and initiatives.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence decision-making within government organizations.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute complex business development initiatives, driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic pharma industry.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving innovation and making a positive impact on public health outcomes within the pharma industry.
Nice to Haves:
MBA or advanced degree.
