We are looking for a Account Manager (Freelancer) to deal with deadlines, looking after the projects' continuous progress and help manage its successful delivery. You'll lead the Account Management workflow, working closely with internal teams to deliver the best experience and projects to them.

Role & Responsibilities

  • You’ll liaise between our client leads and teams to ensure .Monks nails milestone after milestone — hustling internal resources to meet external deadlines
  • Your job is to constantly balance resources and workload: your planning and coordination are key for successfully delivering projects on time.
  • You’ll schedule, track and prioritize assignments and make sure the right Monks are available to provide our client with a constant flow of high-end production work.
  • You’ll make sure deadlines are met with lethal precision, and flag the ones that aren’t attainable upfront.
  • A big part of your day-to-day is briefing team members on delivery objectives and keeping stakeholders informed on the progress of projects.
  • You’ll also evaluate the good, the bad and the ugly of finished projects to improve our processes 
  • Connect with different areas as Global Marketing, Insights, Growth, Media and Local Teams in order to streamline global programs and campaigns

Requirements

  • Your 4+ years of experience in digital advertising have made you fabulous at dealing with stress and phenomenal at communicating with clients and coworkers.
  • To coworkers, you seem utterly unaffected by impending deadlines; "keep calm and get things done" is what this job is all about.
  • You know how to work with media plans and can manage the internal teams to deliver the right assets to the launch of even the biggest of digital ad campaigns.
  • You’re a proficient English communicator — able to provide clear updates on the development of projects and knowing how to describe issues and required actions to Monks in other offices.
  • You have solid scoping skills, which translate into realistic timings and resource estimates.
