We are looking for an Account Manager with experience managing large-scale social media and digital accounts in the advertising industry. Our ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented and comfortable with numbers and large data sets. Most importantly, they must have a passion for social media, a desire to continuously be up to speed on the latest trends (social, tech, sustainability, etc.).
You have a positive attitude and the ability to organise and influence people within & outside the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Data Insights team to identify and build an understanding of our client’s target audiences and trends.
- Work alongside the client’s internal team, with suppliers contact agency, and manage the brand strategy in their different digital environments (social channels, trade marketing, activations, events..). This may also include working alongside the Advertising Agency´s team when amplifying social campaigns.
- Supervise different partners, Paid Media, Content, and Creative teams in analysing the end of campaign performance, coming back to the campaign objectives and business goals. At the very least consider audience growth, change in profile, engagement, reach, leads, and sales.
- Support the Brand Strategy with organising the campaigns, communicating with social influencers, and internal communications, i.e. Creative, Content, and Paid Media teams.
- Execute tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in campaigns.
- Build URL’ s and add tracking parameters.
- Perform regular competitive research analysis, analyse performance data and optimise campaigns to increase ROI.
- Have an understanding of market trends and seasonality fluctuations and apply learnings to the campaign(s).
- Have an understanding of audience(s) demographic profiles and apply them to campaign developments and optimizations.
- Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices.
