HIGHLIGHTS:

About the Role:
We’re hiring our first Account Manager to manage a portfolio of 30-40 post-sales accounts. This role is critical in ensuring customers successfully onboard, adopt, and expand their use of Codeium. You will play a hands-on role in driving customer outcomes, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring renewal success.

As our first Account Manager, you’ll also help shape and implement best practices for account management, setting the foundation for future team growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Customer Onboarding:

    • Lead seamless onboarding experiences, ensuring customers are set up for success.

    • Educate customers on Codeium’s features and best practices to accelerate time-to-value.

  • Drive Adoption:

    • Proactively engage with customers to ensure product adoption across their teams.

    • Host regular check-ins and business reviews to share insights and drive continued engagement.

  • Growth & Expansion:

    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Codeium’s solutions.

    • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to tailor solutions that meet evolving customer needs.

  • Renewals & Retention:

    • Own the renewal process, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention rates.

    • Address customer challenges promptly and work to mitigate potential churn risks.

  • Strategic Partnership:

    • Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations.

    • Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback to improve the product and customer experience.

  • Process Building:

    • Develop scalable account management processes and tools to improve efficiency and consistency.

    • Contribute to building a playbook for onboarding, adoption, and renewal strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, sales, or a similar customer-facing role.

  • Proven track record of managing complex customer relationships and delivering results.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport at all organizational levels.

  • Experience driving growth and managing renewals within a SaaS or technology environment is highly preferred.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment with a builder’s mindset.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk) and customer success platforms
