The Role:
We're seeking an Accounts & Payroll Manager to join our Finance Team part-time. In this role, you will take ownership of Leonardo’s financial transactions, ensuring they are accurately recorded and maintained. This includes accounts payable and receivable, payroll, GST and reconciling accounts and producing statements.
What you'll do:
Lead our fortnightly employee payroll processing using Xero
Maintain new and existing employee financial records, including bank details, salaries, leave, superannuation, annual leave and processing expense reimbursement.
General book-keeping transactions reconciliation
Prepare and submit monthly business active statements.
Tax return preparation & lodgement
Filing annual financial statements.
Assist with navigating audits.
Skills we like:
At least three years experience in an Accounting/Finance role within an established market-leading organisation
Expert knowledge of relevant accounting and tax regulations, compliance standards and industry awards
Commercial experience using Xero accounting and payroll software
Previous exposure to G-Suite
Demonstrates strong commercial acumen, attention to detail and communication skills.
Available Mondays and Fridays as part of a 3-day working week.
