AMD together we advance_ THE ROLE: This position is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all administrative duties that pertain to supporting the business division including director level support. This level of support includes, but is not limited to, project management, calendar and meeting management, travel, goods & services purchasing, report preparation, and expense reporting. THE PERSON: The ideal candidate would be someone with a welcoming approach, displaying professionalism exhibits outstanding communication skills and is a collaborative standout colleague. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform general administrative duties of team admin Organize and maintain paper and electronic files Schedule meetings and book conference rooms using Outlook Calendar Schedule multi-site video conferences using online web tool Order catering using online web tool Book domestic and international travel using online web tool Submit expense reports using online web tool Order office supplies and business cards using online web tool Order hardware from in-house provider Sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex packages Support staff in assigned project-based work Processing of Customer Access Requests Finance Functions: enter, track PO’s in the SAP system Track travel expenditures Loading budgets; Tracking spend plans; Assisting in slides and report consolidation PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Advanced skills and experience with MS Office Applications Strong communication skills, both written and oral Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Maintain a high degree of confidentiality Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task Ability to work with all levels of management Ability to work independently on projects with minimal supervision Strong interpersonal skills Strong customer-service orientation and approachable style Attention to detail and quality of all out-going materials and correspondence High level of initiative and organization Offer back-up support to other ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: Undergraduate degree is a plus LOCATION: Tokyo, Japan #LI-SC2 #LI-HYBRID Benefits offered are described: AMD benefits at a glance.
