AMD together we advance_ THE ROLE: As an AI Product Manager within the Server Business Unit at AMD, you will take full ownership of AI Product solutions, driving them from the planning stage through to high volume production and end of life. You will establish and maintain strong working relationships with customers and partners, defining products and solutions that meet their evolving needs in the fast-paced AI space across CPU & CPU + Accelerator Platforms. Collaborating closely with engineering, business development, and sales teams, you will synthesize market requirements into winning EPYC AI Solutions. Additionally, you will represent AMD's interests in discussions with key customers & partners, propelling the business forward in the AI domain. THE PERSON: The ideal candidate will have deep experience in AI technologies, product management and business development in Servers. Success in the role requires strong leadership skills to engage AMD executives, engineers, architects, marketers, program managers, finance, and business development professionals as well as experience working with end customers. Candidates are encouraged to have significant experience in the following areas: AI Product & Platform Leadership - Ability to define AI products and solutions, articulate value propositions across CPU-Only and CPU+Accelerator where appropriate, and drive across the company to execute on that product vision. AI Technical depth - Deep understanding of AI technologies across Hardware and Software, and the ability to engage with the customer, platform and silicon engineers to craft solutions that support business goals on EPYC AI. Business Insight - Deep understanding of routes to market, customer pain-points and segmentation to drive appropriate solutions. Customer Engagement & Collaboration - Ability to collaborate with customers, engineering and marketing teams to help AMD deliver AI Solutions to the market KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Ownership of AI Product solutions within the Server Business Unit with responsibility for driving AI solutions from planning through high volume production and end of life. Build tight working relationship with customers and partners to define products & solutions based on their evolving needs in the rapidly evolving AI space across CPU & CPU + Accelerator Platforms. Collaborating with engineering, business development and sales teams to synthesize market requirements into winning EPYC AI Solutions Representing AMD's interests in discussions with key customers & partners and driving the business forward PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Ability to covert highly technical value propositions in AI platform & solutions into a compelling customer story Deep understanding of heterogeneous server platforms and accelerator deployments Outstanding communication skills to convey concepts and recommendations from C-level executives to working level peers. Ability to guide product definition using credible insights developed by interacting with end customers, strategic partners and by following usage, market, and economic trends. Skillful in using tools for data analysis and for presentations.
