At Scale, we are building the Generative AI Data Engine to power the most advanced large language model research teams. We do this by building infrastructure around human-powered datasets, world-class Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF), model evaluation and more.

Our product surface area spans multiple customer bases including ML researchers who train and evaluate models on our datasets, our network of experts (creative writers, physics PhD’s, coders etc) that provide human feedback on models and our internal operations teams that manage the quality of human-powered datasets.

Scale is looking for product managers who are excited about advancing Generative AI. This position is based in San Francisco and reports to our Director of Product, Kate Park.

  • Be the voice of the user and create a tight feedback loop between users and Scale
  • Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, product design, operations, marketing, go-to-market and finance
  • Set the product vision and strategy, communicating to leadership and defining success metrics
