Key job responsibilities
Manage the inbound request mechanisms for the team, including meeting SLAs and reporting on trends and volume

Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (e.g. inside sales, marketing, solution architects) to identify and curate self-service resources for partners

Develop and maintain relationships with AWS sellers and APN partners

Utilize CRM systems and other analytics tools to establish and report detailed metrics

A day in the life
In this role, you will be responsible for the daily management of inbound support requests from our Channel-focused partners. This includes qualifying requests, routing them to the appropriate business development resource, and categorizing them for tracking and reporting purposes. You will work closely with internal teams to identify and curate self-service resources that can be proactively shared with partners, enabling a faster and more efficient support experience. Additionally, you will provide data-driven and anecdotal feedback that will guide the development of AI-powered tools and resources to make this initial interaction completely self-service. By streamlining our support operations, you will play a key role in scaling the AWS Marketplace ecosystem and connecting more companies to build the cloud community of the future.

You will work cross-functionally with our sales, marketing, and solutions architecture teams to identify new co-sell opportunities and provide a seamless experience for our partners.
