ASO & SEO Manager (fixed term contract)

A Bit About You

The ideal candidate will have similar experience as ASO Manager or at least 2 years of experience as a Senior ASO Executive.
As the ASO Manager, you will report to the Digital Marketing Director and you’ll be a key part of leading ASO strategies and support our international clients to ensure their apps appear at the top of the search results in all applicable App stores.

The contract will be expected to last for 6-7 months and there are possibilities to make it permanent afterwards.

The Role
As an ASO Manager you will have the knowledge and experience of the following:
·       Strong expertise in mobile apps
·       Up to date on the latest trends in mobile digital marketing, ASO and Stores best practices,
·       Experience with tools such as AppTweak, App Radar, or Sensor Tower
·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English
·       Proficiency in additional languages is a plus – a strong advantage if Spanish
·       Good knowledge of SEO is a strong point
·       Experience in client relations
·       High proficiency in Excel
·       Good Account Management experience
·       Ability to juggle a number of tasks at once
·       Deliver and overseeing high-quality work
·       Ability to work within a team and to manage and mentor the junior members
·       Management and tutoring of junior members of the team

Key Responsibilities
· You will manage a portfolio of clients’ ASO activities and strategies
· Ensure deliveries are on time and at a high-quality standard
· Delivering and supervising ASO strategy
· Lead weekly/monthly calls with the clients
· You will be responsible for the overall project plans
· You will work closely with the Digital Director for the costs/margins of the projects
 
You Need to
· Be passionate about mobile and digital marketing
· Be organised, determined and persistent
· Be self-driven & results-oriented, with a positive outlook
· Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Be a natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance
· Be credible and comfortable in dealing with business owners
· Have a strong customer service ethos and the ability to build lasting relationships
· Have meticulous attention to detail with a very analytical mindset
· Experience and knowledge of Excel are essential
