About the role

As an Associate Creative Director you have a background in art direction on digital marketing, are comfortable collaborating directly with clients, have an acute attention to detail, and are passionate about beautiful, functional design that clearly communicates a message. The ideal candidate will have experience managing junior creatives across both creative and production tasks. They will demonstrate the ability to personally execute high fidelity, beautiful designs that answer the brief and confidently present our designs and ideas directly to our clients. We are an efficient team that creates quality work on tight timelines, so attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects with ease are a must. Role & Responsibilities

  • Produce and help manage high-quality visual design projects, from concept to execution, for digital campaigns, social media ads, presentations, video, animation, and more.
  • Communicate effectively in a cross-functional team: including writers, animators, account and project managers.
  • Present work supported with creative rationale to clients, strengthen existing client relationships, and partner with client stakeholders.
  • Collborate with ease, the ability to receive feedback and work with with teammates to develop alternate creative solutions.
  • Maintain consistent creative quality while applying client brand guidelines
  • Be able to balance your own workload while managing and mentoring direct reports and junior team members.
  • Push creative ideas futher — look for opportunities to go beyond the ask, you have an entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a cutting-edge approach to design. 

 

Requirements

  • For this lead position, we’re looking for an Associate Creative Director with 4-6 years of professional experience, with 2+ years of experience managing a creative team
  • Adept in Adobe Creative Suite and experience collaborating in Google Slides, Google Docs, and Slack
  • You can produce concepts from scratch and enhance ideas provided by clients and colleagues
  • You can successfully ideate and pitch your ideas in a brief but effective format
  • You’ll need to have strong English communication skills (advanced), both written and verbal, to collaborate with clients and colleagues around the world.
  • As part of a constructive and colloborative feedback loop, you can give and receive feedback with an open mind
  • You are humble and colloborative to listen and learn from clients and teammates
