The Role
In this role, you'll work hand in hand with a Product Manager to build and validate new user-facing AI features that revolutionize how businesses approach leadership coaching. You'll help conceptualize and refine AI-driven features that deliver personalized, context-aware guidance to leaders while optimizing these systems for enterprise-scale deployment. You will help craft intelligent interactions through sophisticated natural language processing while championing ethical AI practices that maintain high standards for fairness and transparency.
The ideal candidate will bring experience with LLMs, prompting and cutting edge techniques as well a passion to learn evolving approaches. Location and Work Environment
Candidates based in NYC will work 3 days a week in office near Union Square. Remote candidates may be considered. Candidates must be comfortable working with colleagues in different time zones (UK), and have valid travel documents without work authorization restrictions in the US.
