The Role
This is not your typical RevOps role. As the first hire working directly with our Head of Revenue Operations, you'll have the unique opportunity to architect and build our revenue infrastructure from the ground up during a period of hyper growth. There's no rigid roadmap or predetermined boundaries working across marketing, sales and CS teams - just ambitious goals and the freedom to shape how we achieve them. What You'll Do

  • Process Optimization: Design and implement scalable processes to improve quota attainment, sales funnel conversion, and pipeline management across marketing and sales operations
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, create comprehensive reports, and develop actionable insights to drive business decisions
  • Campaign Attribution: Assist marketing and sales with our event based strategy by enriching, qualifying, and organizing lists of potential customers.
  • Systems Management: Support the maintenance and optimization of our tech stack (including HubSpot, Apollo, and Salesforce) to enhance team efficiency
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to implement and improve revenue operations processes
  • Demand Generation: Work closely with marketing to help organize, enrich, and qualify data and buyer signals. There is no playbook here, we are getting creative.

    What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, similarly challenging professional environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis using Excel/Google Sheets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Growth mindset and willingness to continuously learn through feedback
  • Clear motivations for wanting to join a Series A startup focused on generative AI, LLMs and ML
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms nice to have (HubSpot, Apollo, or Salesforce preferred)

  • Location and Work Environment
    Ideal candidate is based in Toronto and will work 3 days a week in our office at 215 Spadina. Candidates must be comfortable working with colleagues in different time zones (UK), and have valid travel documents without work authorization restrictions in the US and Canada.
