React is our most frequently implemented frontend framework and we have built up substantial skill in implementing React and its ecosystem of technologies. Our engineers partner with our cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative technologies that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Experience working with CI/CD tools like GitHub, Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.
- Familiarity with cloud environments and containerization tools.
- Hands-on experience with performance testing and Security testing.
- Extensive experience with unit testing frameworks, load testing tools, API testing tools, and continuous integration tools.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, PHP, Python, Java, with a focus on Expert-level experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Katalon, and Robot Framework automation script development.
- Passionate about web accessibility & security, with knowledge of the latest WCAG 2.1 AA+ guidelines & standards, ensuring these aspects are automated in testing processes.

Define and enforce QA best practices, standards, and guidelines for the entire QA team.

Oversee the planning and execution of both functional and non-functional testing, including performance, security, and usability.

Ensure high levels of test coverage & defect-free releases across different product modules.

Drive the adoption of test automation across all testing phases and encourage the reduction of manual testing efforts where possible.

Analyze test results & provide clear and actionable feedback to the development team.
- Conduct rigorous QA testing of user-focused web & responsive web applications, as well as the backend systems, CMS & infrastructure that support these experiences.
- Lead root cause analysis for test failures and ensure defects are appropriately tracked and resolved.
- Advocate for clean code, testing, process refinements, & continuous improvements
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 8 years focusing on test automation and people management.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and related tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Proven experience managing and mentoring QA teams, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and teams.
- Experience in building and designing automated test cases, with strong creative problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
NICE TO HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Certified ScrumMaster, etc.) are a plus.
