We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our creative agency. The Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the Operations Manager and broader team by providing analytical insights, managing processes, and optimizing resource allocation. You will help translate project scopes into actionable plans, support cross-functional teams, and analyze performance data to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Coordination:
Translate scopes of work into detailed project plans, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Support daily huddles and coordinate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and meet deadlines. - Resource Management:
Assist in planning regular resource allocation meetings to align talent with project needs.
Maintain and update casting plans within the resource management tool, ensuring transparency and alignment. - Process & Quality Management:
Track adherence to established processes and quality standards, promoting best practices across teams.
Identify potential operational risks and work with the Operations Manager to implement mitigation strategies. - Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze campaign and operational data to identify trends, optimize performance, and support strategic decision-making.
Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. - Operational Efficiency:
Measure and analyze department performance, offering insights to improve workflow and reduce error rates.
Support the development and execution of strategies that drive operational excellence and maximize efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience:
2-5 years of experience in an operations, business analysis, or project management role.
Experience in a media agency or management consulting firm is highly preferred. - Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Proficient in MS Excel, Google Suite, and resource management tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Proven ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.
