The Role

Palantir’s Commercial team targets and partners with some of the largest institutions across multiple industries by helping them solve their most critical challenges and respond to their most important opportunities. We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to join our dynamic EMEA team and play a critical role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue goals. In this role, you will work directly with Business Development to expand the Palantir footprint across enterprise organisations in EMEA.
The Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to join our dynamic EMEA team and play a critical role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue goals. In this role, you will work directly with Business Development to expand the Palantir footprint across enterprise organisations in EMEA.

Core Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential viable customer opportunities with new and existing Palantir customers to build a qualified pipeline
  • Engage in inbound and outbound outreach through proactively and consistently sourcing new sales opportunities, prospecting, and following-up as required
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for growing the company's presence in commercial institutions and/or geographies; develop customer profiles and identify the most effective way to address their needs.
  • Engage with Senior Executives, Engineers, Product Teams, Procurement, and Legal from prospective customers
  • Achieve quarterly objectives and important metrics designated by Leadership
  • Source leads to attend Palantir events or webinars
  • What We Value

  • Proven success in business development, inside sales, or related experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; ability to compellingly articulate Palantir's product offering to audiences with varying levels of technical skill and seniority
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, highly technical environment; develop deep familiarity with Palantir's software platforms and how they can be used to solve a wide range of real-world problems
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding both quantitative and qualitative goals
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency with sales tools, such as Salesforce.com
  • Fluency in either French, German or Spanish preferred
  • What We Require

  • 2+ years of sales, business development, marketing, inside sales, or related experience
  • Ability to travel 10 – 25% required. Varies by location and team.
