You will be helping in building processes and methodologies, enable the teams internally and deliver best in class BI solutions to .Monks clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Meet with clients to understand key data challenges
- Develop BI methodologies and processes
- Work with global and regional Consulting and Account team members to build and deliver BI projects and related servWork with BI platform partners and drive the relationship to establish .Monks as a leader in Marketing BI solutions globally
- Keep abreast of developments in, and answer questions on, data visualization and presentation, digital marketing tools and systems; educate clients as needed
What you bring to the table:
- Expertise with at least one of the leading BI platforms: Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Looker amd/or Qlikview.
- Work with, merge, harmonize and cleanse different data sources using ETL and cloud services according to client specifications.
- Experience with Data Warehousing and Data Lake design and deployment is essential
- Experience with at least one of an ETL platform like: Alteryx, Talend, KNIME and/or Google Cloud DataPrep (and GCP complementary tool)
- Demonstrated experience in developing BI solutions for clients and delivered to groups of stakeholders requiring specific views
- Strong experience in SQL language and SQL managed services like BigQuery or Redshift
- Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
- An analytical/investigative mind with a customer-centric outlook
- Ability to work as part of a team using Agile methods
- Ability to speak and write in English
- Capability to develop and document new processes
- Ability to scope, develop and manage BI projects to success
- Strong relationship-building skills, which include maintaining positive client and vendor relationships
- Strong presentation skills to support client-facing presentations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Google Data Studio and Tableau is a plus
- Experience working with cloud environments like AWS, Google Cloud or Azure
- Proficiency in Python and/or R is a plus.
