The team acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our Selling Partners. We obsess over providing world class support to Selling Partners selling on the Amazon. We strive to predict the Selling Partners’ needs before they recognize they may have a problem, create innovative self-help tools, and provide solutions to help our Selling Partners better serve their customers.
Key job responsibilities
Own the delivery of timely business operations and high quality work products.
* Collaborate with business teams to identify issues, manage key business operations processes, set priorities, provide systematic solutions, and drive execution excellence.
* Leverage Amazon approved data tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau and Salesforce.com to manage and optimize sales opportunity.
* Work relentlessly to improve existing processes and using data driven decision making to make recommendations for systems, process, and business improvements.
* Develop SOPs, workflows, metrics, reports or other analytical tools to maximize productivity.
* Assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints and encourage risk taking behavior to maximize business benefit.
* Communicate effectively and clearly on issues identified, in professional written or verbal manner
* Liaise with other departments such as Selling Partner Support, Merchant Investigations, or Global teams as required to resolve Selling Partners’ issues and questions.
