The AWS Global Brand Advertising Team is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Campaign Manager/Producer to support or advertising and social media teams. This role will oversee the execution of high-impact advertising and social campaigns from concept to delivery. They will be responsible for building effective partnerships with our creative teams, media partners, and drive cross functional team alignment with our teams, business partners, and external agencies. internal stakeholders. This role will lead production delivery to ensure all assets are accounted for with every campaign globally.

The ideal candidate will be a mastermind behind the scenes, orchestrating all the intricate details of bringing creative campaigns to life. This role is made for those who thrive on turning chaos into clarity, ensuring every project not only hits the mark but does so on time, for every channel, and all within budget. We are looking for a candidate with an aptitude and enthusiasm for campaign management, creating process/workflows to deliver campaigns at the highest standards. You thrive in independently managing various campaigns and workflows that deliver on our priorities and business goals. You should have a strong background in leading creative processes, and experience in concept, production and delivery, across multiple digital content types. This role will have ownership in the structure of the multiple team workflows, manage ongoing logistics, and operationalize processes. This role is solutions-focused, able to identify escalation paths at critical milestones, and anticipate and mange potential blockers. This role routinely assesses the content progress across multiple teams and remains in lock step with internal and external creatives.

To be successful in this role, the candidate will be able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, assess and manage risks, understand and communicate priorities, and manage multiple end-to end workflows. You will demonstrate strong ownership and bias for action, problem solving, and are able to maintain clear and concise communication. You will align with business and creative teams to define escalation paths at critical milestones, and anticipate, identify and mange potential blockers across content phases. Key job responsibilities
• Help develop and build end-to-end advertising campaigns focused on driving brand awareness and perception.
• Lead campaign execution in partnership with cross-functional teams, including product experts, creative teams, and agencies.
• Manage the full budgeting process for all advertising and social media campaigns to ensure all agencies are paid on time.
• Manage localization workflows for all global advertising campaigns
• Manage and create new processes for all creative assets including usage, expiration, renewal, and historical archive of content.
• Manage all vendor onboarding and approvals for vendors.
• Manage the quality control (QC) process to ensure every asset for every campaign is correct.
• Partner closely with our media team to act as the creative producer for all campaign delivery including clearance, asset delivery, copy requirement, and media plans are aligned.
• Manage campaign milestones (i.e. launch announcements) and alignment meetings and creative reviews with senior stakeholders, internal teams, and partners.
• Drive budget planning for advertising, reporting on month spend, changes in project scope, and opportunities to reallocate funds.
• Partner with internal creative teams and/or external partners or agencies.
• Proactively collect and share best practices and playbooks with creatives and campaign teams.



About the team
The Brand Advertising and Global Social Media Team (GSMT) drives top of mind awareness of AWS through custom content and acts as a megaphone to share key messages (e.g., generative AI and machine learning) through visual storytelling across mass-reach channels (e.g., TV, paid digital, organic social, etc.). to generate an AWS “brand halo” to create a favorable selling environment.
