About the Role:
We are looking for a Clinical Recruiter on a contract basis to support our hiring needs for clinical roles. This position will focus on sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier clinical talent, including nurses with program management experience and other healthcare professionals. The contract is for an initial 3-month period, with the possibility of extension based on hiring needs and performance.
ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates.
Strategic Sourcing: Build and maintain a pipeline of highly qualified clinical candidates, with a focus on nurses who bring program management expertise.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and leaders to develop hiring strategies, define role requirements, and ensure alignment throughout the process.
Compliance and Due Diligence: Verify candidate credentials, certifications, and licensure to meet regulatory and organizational standards.
Candidate Experience: Provide a seamless and engaging experience for candidates from initial contact through onboarding.
Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on hiring metrics, identifying areas for process improvement.
Must-Haves:
Experience: 5-10 years of clinical recruiting experience, with a proven track record of hiring nurses and other healthcare professionals.
Healthcare Expertise: Deep understanding of clinical certifications, licensure requirements, and healthcare operations.
Sourcing Skills: Demonstrated success in identifying and engaging passive clinical candidates.
ATS Proficiency: Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building and communication skills to effectively partner with hiring managers and candidates.
Adaptability: Ability to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize effectively.
Availability: Ready to start immediately.
