AMD together we advance_ THE ROLE: We are building first class compiler technology for HIP, OpenCL and OpenMP. In addition to HPC apps, our compilers are used in the development of AMD Machine Learning frameworks and Libraries. The successful candidate will have a great opportunity to work closely with compiler and library developers at AMD who work towards extracting the best performance for Machine Learning and HPC applications on AMD GPUs. THE PERSON: If you are an Engineering student with passion to work on leading edge language implementations and compilers for AMD GPUs, we would love to talk to you and share with you the many exciting projects we are working on. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Enhancements to the LLVM-based compiler that is at the core of language implementations such as HIP, OpenCL and OpenMP on AMD GPUS. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE: Strong C/C++ programming skills. Strong knowledge of Algorithms and Data Structures Knowledge of compilers and parallel programming is desirable. Interest in the design of programming languages, computer architecture, compiler optimizations is essential.
