About the role

We are looking for a qualified Community Manager Madrid based, with a background in the luxury or automotive industry and native English.

You will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our business goals. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with demonstrable creative writing skills and demonstrable high knowledge in social media and ideally cars.

As a Community Manager, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented. If you are also an expert in content optimization and brand consistency, we would like to meet you.

Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all social media content initiatives at all platforms, to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience.

 

Responsibilities:

- Post content on different social media platforms
- Community management
- Create and supervise engaging social media content
- Edit, proofread and improve writers’ posts
- Translate copy into local language and draft engaging copy from scratch
- Optimize the social media content style
- Respond to users in a timely manner
- Coordinate with the Project Managers, Content Managers, and Designers
- Collaborate with content managers to develop local content ideas
- Collaborate with the data team to identify insights and learnings
- Identify local trends that could be content opportunities for the brand

 

About you

 

The essentials:

- Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role
- Proven work experience in copywriting
- Native English or Bilingual
- Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
- Excellent writing and content skills
- Hands on experience with social media management
- Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
- Provide community feedback to the management and stakeholders
- Good organization and time-management skills
- Attention to detail, critical thinker and ability to multitask
- Team player with strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Nice to have: Automotive industry experience
