We’re seeking an experienced Creative Director to guide our creative team in developing innovative concepts for upcoming projects. You will devise the concepts and strategies for a particular venture and will monitor its progress. You will be able to implement your creative vision and become the point of reference for any creative plan that wants to make its way to the customers. The goal is to achieve the best possible outcome of our projects both visually and essentially to meet customer expectations and drive our sustainable growth.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion.
- Collaborate with account executives to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements and to propose different solutions as needed.
- Direct and motivate teams of art directors, graphic designers, animators, copywriters & content creators to help them use their talents effectively.
- Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas.
- Feeling comfortable providing feedback to meet our client's needs on both copywriting and art direction. Please note that revising content and presentations are within your scope of work.
- Train and guide the creative team into a team of accomplished professionals.
- Monitor results of team efforts and propose actionable steps to continue to improve our creativity.
- We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with both traditional and digital/social media advertising.
- Will collaborate with other external agencies, actively identifying avenues to extend our digital capabilities beyond adaptation work.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role
- Creation and implementation of creative strategies for banking/fintech clients (nice to have)
- Hands-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand development
- Solution-oriented skills
- Excellent soft skills for both the internal team and client-facing
- Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities
- Outstanding leadership and organization skills
