Now, about the opportunity: in the Creative Director position, you’ll lead a cross functional team, working side by side with a multicultural team of creative directors, copywriters, art directors, planners, data analysts and social creators, always looking for high standard creative ways to promote campaigns.
In this role you will:
- You’ll create not just what the client asked for but what their campaign needs, producing beautifully designed decks that are in line with the project’s objectives and requirements.
- Working on multiple projects at once, you go above and beyond each brief to push what’s possible on both a creative and technical level.
- Pitching directly to our clients, you’ll be shaping and selling concepts for anything (digital) from rich media to display ads to brand content and social media campaigns to film production.
- Work shoulder to shoulder with the planning team to create strategies and new ways of communication and media for Social, traditional or new media campaigns
- Coordinate, inspire and give creative direction to a creative duo
- Drive the relationship with senior clients
- Ensure high quality standards for creativity (conceptualization and executions), production and overall campaign execution
- You will take ownership for the entire campaign, providing strong leadership and direction throughout all stages of a project, including the management of a wider team of creatives, producers, content creators, etc
Experience you already have:
- Lead customer relationship (100% client-facing)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Be up to date with innovative audiovisual content formats
- Social Media Savvy (must have and use social networks daily)
