Stability AI is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and creative individual to join our Marketing & Communications team as Creative Lead.

In this new role, you will translate business and marketing objectives into a clear, creative strategy to define how we show creatively up in the market and how that translates across different channels, audiences, and executions.

You will be a maker and manager, who can both concept and execute best-in-class brand creative, as well as manage other creatives and processes. You will work with a team of marketers and cross-functional stakeholders on product launches, social, events, and with partners. This will require establishing a consistent theme, visual identity, brand guidelines, and identifying creative ways for us to show up and stand out in the market.

This role is primarily focused on a B2B audience reaching a wide range of independent developers, startups and enterprise businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the creative and content strategy for go-to-market campaigns across all channels and brand touch points. 
  • Lead, manage and mentor a small but mighty team of creatives. 
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure creative strategies are aligned, implemented and executed successfully.
  • Utilize proprietary AI tools to enhance and accelerate executions.
  • Implement best practices in the creative process that instills a culture of efficiency, attention to detail, collaboration and a focus on measurable results. 
  • Review, vet, and approve all creative deliverables to ensure the highest quality standards are met and delivered on time. 
  • Test, analyze and measure the success of creative executions across channels.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and the competitive landscape to continually evolve and pressure test the positioning of our products. 

Qualifications:

  • Creative Director, Creative Strategy, Creative Services or related experience in marketing or advertising fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of team leadership experience. 
  • Experience leading the creative strategy, development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns. 
  • Experience making data driven decisions. 
  • Have a scrappy, entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiastically accept challenges. 
  • Be able to maintain high quality amidst fast turnaround times while navigating ambiguity. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. 
  • Proficient in generative AI enabled creative tools. Expert is a strong plus. 
  • Compelling work examples that demonstrate strategy and execution.
