The Marketing Creative Designer will be responsible for creating a consistent visual identity for the company and using that identity to support marketing efforts and promote People.ai products and services. This person will design high quality marketing materials including landing pages, graphics, ads, presentations, and more. As the guardian of the visual brand, the Marketing Creative Designer will collaborate with others to hone the brand voice and ensure brand consistency across all visual assets.

A reasonable estimate of on-target earnings (OTE) is $100,000 to $125,000. Additionally, regular employees may be eligible for commissions or bonus programs (target included in OTE), equity, and benefits. The range is subject to change. These factors can include, skill set, training and experience, licensure and certifications, and location and metropolitan area.
