As a Creative Marketing Manager you will blend artistic vision with social media excellence and strategic marketing execution. This role combines innovative content creation, social media expertise, and strategic marketing initiatives to build and strengthen our brand presence across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media
- Develop and execute creative social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (Twitter)
- Build and nurture engaged communities across platforms through thoughtful interaction and content
- Manage and grow specialized LinkedIn Groups aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Monitor social media trends and pioneer new approaches to engagement
- Plan and manage strategic boosted posts and paid social campaigns
- Maintain multiple daily platform check-ins to ensure responsive community management
Content Creation & Creative Strategy
- Design and produce engaging multimedia content across all platforms, including video, graphics, and written materials
- Support and enhance customer marketing campaigns with creative content solutions
- Craft platform-specific content that maintains our brand voice while pushing creative boundaries
- Develop innovative storytelling approaches to translate technical concepts into relatable, engaging content
- Collaborate with design teams to create visual assets that elevate our brand presence
- Write compelling copy for various marketing channels, from social media to email campaigns
- Contribute to email marketing strategy and implementation
- Create and manage analytics reports for content initiatives
- Create and edit video content, including dynamic reels, event documentation, and customer marketing materials
- Document company events through professional photography and videography
Strategic Marketing Initiatives
- Help maintain and optimize marketing calendar and campaign schedules
- Assist in planning and executing both virtual and in-person events
- Track and analyze campaign performance across all channels
- Develop and implement cross-channel marketing strategies
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure aligned messaging and goals
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of marketing experience with an emphasis on content creation and social media
- Proven track record of growing social media engagement through creative initiatives
- Demonstrated creativity and passion for crafting innovative social media content
- Outstanding copywriting and storytelling abilities
- Highly organized with strong project management instincts
- Experience with video editing and production or collaboration with trusted external contractors
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms and campaigns
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities
- Excellence in cross-team collaboration and communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Figma, Canva, and other design tools
- Experience with Hubspot CRM and marketing automation platform
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and group management
- Knowledge of healthcare AI or healthcare tech
- Event planning and coordination experience
- Understanding of marketing analytics and reporting tools

California Salary Range
$105,000—$145,000 USD
