In pursuit of this mission, our Revenue Operations team is responsible for equipping and enabling the Go To Market (GTM) as they seek to help customers learn how to leverage and deploy our highly capable AI products across their business. The team is made of Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, and Partnership professionals that work together to create valuable solutions that will help bring AI to as many users as possible.
About the role
Our GTM team has a unique mission to help customers understand the deep impact that highly capable AI models can bring to their business and users. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CRM Data Quality Lead to establish an evolving practice intended to safeguard the accuracy and reliability of critical data in Salesforce.
You will be a key player in building the foundational infrastructure to enable a world class GTM organization that helps customers evolve their industries with AI. You’ll work cross-functionally with your colleagues in GTM Systems, Field Ops, Business Data, and others across the business to ensure that our most critical data in Salesforce is documented and maintained at the highest of standards.
This role is based in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.
In this role, you'll:
Be responsible for designing and implementing the CRM Data Quality practice as a critical part of the GTM Systems function
Own, curate, and execute on the ongoing roadmap for CRM Data Quality
Partner with cross-functional team members in Fields Ops, Business Data to assess existing and new issues in CRM data quality
Provide guidance and protocols to your fellow GTM Systems staff to ensure that new and updated configurations in CRM are implemented in a manner that does not threaten our data quality on relevant fields and or objects
You might thrive in this role if you have:
Expert experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, declarative automation in Salesforce, and a background in data management and or data accuracy
Proven track record of managing roadmaps, external resources and other matters related to Salesforce, and CRM data quality
International Experience: OpenAI operates globally, therefore experience working in international markets or a good understanding of global business practices can be a plus
Prior experience or familiarity in the AI industry
