Customer Success Manager

Mission: Ensure customers successfully adopt and scale Groq LPUs for AI workloads.

Responsibilities & opportunities in this role:

  • Drive customer onboarding, training, and adoption strategies.
  • Track customer success metrics and advocate for feature improvements.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and work with AEs to drive renewals.
  • Act as the customer’s main point of contact post-sale.

Ideal candidates have/are:

  • 5+ years in customer success, account management, or technical support.
  • AI/ML infrastructure or hardware experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Language:

    • Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Personal Attributes:

    • Biased for action
    • Innovative, with the ability to adapt to new challenges and think creatively.
    • Highly collaborative, with a customer-first mentality.
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with both internal and external stakeholders.

Compensation: At Groq, a competitive base salary is part of our comprehensive compensation package, which includes equity and benefits. For this role, the base salary range is $220,000 to $250,000, determined by your skills, qualifications, experience and internal benchmarks.

Location: Some roles may require being located near or on our primary sites, as indicated in the job description.
