The team you'll work with:
Reporting to the Director of Data Engineering, you’ll work cross-functionally across the organization to support our data ingestion efforts for our vast catalog.

Who you are:
We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with both the Data Engineering and Global Business Organization teams to support their data-related requests and contribute to key projects that drive business growth. This role requires a mix of technical skills in data manipulation, analysis, and an ability to turn raw data into actionable insights. The successful candidate will be proficient in tools such as Excel and Python to manage and analyze large datasets.

You'll immediately provide value by:

  • Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to assist with data cleaning, normalization, and preparation for API integration and deployment.
  • Work alongside the Global Business Organization to gather, process, and analyze data that supports business decisions, marketing strategies, and user acquisition efforts.
  • Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets using Excel and Python, and other relevant tools to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Create and maintain Airtable databases for managing and organizing various data requests and projects.
  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis using Excel to generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
  • Leverage APIs to pull data from external sources and integrate it with internal systems for further analysis.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, data flows, and analytical methods.
  • Present data-driven insights and reports to stakeholders in both technical and non-technical teams.

    To be a successful match you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related).
  • Experience and proficiency using SQL
  • Some experience in data analysis and handling large datasets using Excel, or APIs.
  • Familiarity with Airtable for project management and data organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work cross-functionally with different teams.
