The Data & Operations intern assists with the data, information and collateral used by the Sourcing Team and their stakeholders. This intern will support the maintenance of key data and reporting metrics and contribute to several projects aimed at improving the speed and efficiency of the sourcing engine.

The Data & Operations intern assists with the data, information and collateral used by the Sourcing Team and their stakeholders. This intern will support the maintenance of key data and reporting metrics and contribute to several projects aimed at improving the speed and efficiency of the sourcing engine.
Main Duties and responsibilities
Data & Reporting Collating data from various sources on a regular basis (weekly & monthly), uploading to various destinations and maintaining the clarity of the data on an ongoing basis. Fielding requests for data and retrieving the relevant metrics to provide to the Sourcing Team and/or leadership, and key stakeholders: this could be performance Collaborate on regular market research exercises and compiling data ie buy/sell rates, country/region demographics etc and maintenance of any data libraries Support on data dashboards used by the sourcing team: working with analytics team to ensure data accuracy, clarity in visuals and any amendments and/or creations required to providethe insights needed.
Collateral Maintaining key documents used by the sourcing team for operational activities and performance measurement. Uploading key data to relevant sources to ensure ongoing data accuracy in dependent areas (ie dashboards)
Projects Help with administrative tasks for the project track Working on internal projects, liaising with other key stakeholder groups
Social Media & Marketing Supporting sourcing social media campaigns, which work as standalone initiatives and something colleagues can leverage to boost their own reach. Monitoring of social media data to analyse impact.
Other Attending and notation of key meetings and subsequent actions. Assisting team with manual elements of the sourcing process to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Required skills and competences
Previous experience using PowerBi would be ideal;Data-centric and analytics experience;Comfortable and confident talking with people across cultures, job functions, seniority levels; and collaborating remotely, using video conferencing tools;Demonstrated time management skills through college work to date;Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.; Proactive in driving assigned tasks and long-term initiatives to completion;Excellent multi-tasker;Motivated self-starter.ONLY CVs IN ENGLISH WILL BE CONSIDERED.
