Design Program Manager, AI Social Experiences

The AI SOCIAL EXPERIENCES team seeks to give people new ways to express themselves, be entertained and connect through the power of AI in Meta’s products and platforms.
- Support and drive company-level product initiatives forward that have multiple stakeholders, difficult or competing deadlines, multiple dependencies and many moving parts
- Influence the appropriate stakeholders and lobby for new ideas
- Prioritize, assess tradeoffs, propose clear solutions and communicate strategically for self and others
- Support and aid in defining multi-team strategic initiatives that build capacity to extend impact, often driving best practices for the discipline
- Identify and facilitate meetings to drive progress against goals and objectives and establish clear next steps and owners while identifying and resolving blocks that impede progress
- Help in assessing risk, raise flags and resolve issues before they become problems for larger teams
- Proactively problem solve, distribute information effectively
- Help define and measure impact of programs and initiatives both qualitatively and quantitatively, continually refining and iterating to ensure usage and adoption
- Work to scale programs and initiatives beyond organization and delegate effectively with clear expectations
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience working with product teams or programs (or other equivalent fields) from roadmapping through delivery
- Experience navigating complexity and ambiguity with creative/design teams in support of large 0 to 1 projects from concept to execution
- Demonstrated track record of operating and influencing independently and without extensive oversight
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as key stakeholder working with product leaders to define teams or programs from roadmapping through delivery
- Experience working directly with cross-functional leaders and building programs for product designers, user experience researchers and content designers
- Experience leading product or business strategy in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing vendors and contractors
- Experience using data to identify problems and communicate solutions

$129,000/year to $185,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
