Job Description: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing AI assistant tools and microservices, with a focus on writing code and performing prompt engineering to communicate with LLM APIs. Additionally, you will contribute your expertise in DevOps, Kubernetes, and AI-related technologies to ensure seamless integration and deployment of AI models. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain AI assistant tools and microservices as part of a collaborative team. 
  • Work closely with DevOps engineers to integrate AI models into the deployment pipeline. 
  • Create and maintain CI/CD processes for AI assistant tools and microservices. 
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. 
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, DevOps, Kubernetes, and related technologies. 
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of internal AI code review processes and guidelines.  

Requirements: 

  • Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI development, such as Python. Knowledge of machine learning concepts and algorithms. 
  • Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector DBs such as Weaviate DB, Llama index, and LangChain. 
  • Solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices. 
  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes. 
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes. Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or GCP is a plus 
  • Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git and GitHub. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities. 
  • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience in deploying AI models in production environments. 
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
