THE ROLE

The Worldwide Digital Marketing team is responsible for scaling and accelerating marketing. From digital operations to partner enablement, to content management and localization, we drive digital strategy. The Digital Marketing organization is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager of Localization to manage localization of marketing, sales, and product content in partnership with content creators, localization vendors, and regional marketers. The role is part of the Digital Content Management & Localization team within Worldwide Digital Marketing.

This is an individual contributor role for a person who deeply values building long-term relationships, showing up with integrity, and delivering on commitments on a consistent basis.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage localization projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Support AI localization initiatives: testing, implementation, optimization, and feedback.
  • Own relationship with content and language stakeholders, vendors, upstream/downstream teams.
  • Track and report on progress, allocating resources appropriately, updating project team and management, alerting all appropriate parties when issues arise, and driving issue resolution.
  • Partner with content creators, brand strategy owners, and regional activation teams to define and streamline processes upstream and drive accountability and compliance of best practices.
  • Drive content planning with creators, stakeholders, and regions; prepare and present on initiatives and impact reports, such as business review or post-mortems.
  • Support testing, implementation, optimization, and feedback for existing and new AI initiatives.
  • Own relationship with content and language stakeholders, vendors, upstream/downstream teams.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in localization (translation, transcreation or cultural consultation)
  • Fluency in English and native-level knowledge of another language is preferred.
  • Experience working in another country is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with translation management and content management systems.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or similar work experience
  • Localization certification preferred
