AMD together we advance_ THE ROLE: Join AMD’s dynamic Digital Marketing Team where you will be at the forefront of defining and implementing the digital strategy for AMD.com. You will coordinate with product marketing and technical leads to optimize the visitor experience across various areas of the site, including product marketing, support, community, and resources. This role involves deep collaboration with multiple stakeholders to enhance user engagement and drive business objectives. You will be part of a close-knit team that values innovation, creativity, and strategic thinking. THE PERSON: We are seeking a proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and user experience. You should excel in stakeholder collaboration, project management, and data-driven decision-making. Your ability to create compelling user journeys and optimize web content will be crucial. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of web analytics tools, and a background in digital strategy. Experience in the semiconductor industry and familiarity with developer-focused content and tools will be highly beneficial. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with product marketing and technical leads to identify AMD.com audiences, create journey maps, define content needs, and establish KPIs. Develop and execute end-to-end strategies for optimizing web content and user experience. Focus on creating and optimizing experiences specifically for developers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Content Management: Provide content maps for new or updated web pages, assets, and applications. Construct wireframes, page copy, messaging, and imagery for web pages. Actively manage the day-to-day prioritization and execution of web content publishing requests via the ticketing system. Ensure all web content complies with standards of quality and effectiveness. Stakeholder Collaboration: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors. Guide Product Marketing and Segment leads on developing content according to established web page formats and content strategy guides. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely production and dissemination of web content. Performance Measurement and Optimization: Use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to measure and analyze the performance of web content and user journeys. Make recommendations to improve content based on audience, journey phase, and conversion goals. Provide quarterly performance and outcome reports for the Center. Project Management: Lead planning and pre-brief calls with Sales, Marketing, and Executive leadership to ensure successful events. Collaborate with the web design, development, and analytics teams to enhance website performance and user experience. Manage customer and partner-related events, including logistics and documentation for legal approval. Innovation and Process Improvement: Bring forward-thinking ideas and innovative approaches to enhance the quality and efficiency of digital marketing efforts. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and team proficiency, contributing to the evolution and optimization of internal tools and workflow processes. Technical Expertise: Ensure latest content is placed appropriately in the site hierarchy and contains proper classification meta-data to optimize site search functionality. Maintain a holistic view of AMD.com website and facilitate continual improvements to website navigation and information architecture. Engage in troubleshooting of website issues in collaboration with development teams. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Proven experience in digital strategy, web content management, and user experience optimization. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or other relevant web analytics tools. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Knowledge of information architecture and content lifecycle management. Experience in the semiconductor or high-tech industry is preferred. Understanding of developer tools and methodologies is a strong plus. ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred. Your base pay will depend on where your skills, qualifications, experience, and location fit into the hiring range for the position. You may be eligible for incentives based upon your role such as either an annual bonus or sales incentive.
