About the role

As our Director of Demand Generation & Campaign Marketing, you will build and own our Demand Generation and Campaign Marketing team and strategy. Reporting to our VP of Enterprise Marketing, you’ll be responsible for managing a team of channel marketers, building out our integrated campaign marketing strategy, and partnering cross-functionally with peers to drive pipeline to our sales team through effective acquisition, acceleration, and expansion strategies. 

What you will do at Jasper:

  • Develop and execute full funnel integrated campaign and demand generation strategies that drive pipeline and accelerate sales across digital channels, including paid advertising (Google, LinkedIn, Meta), lifecycle marketing, SEO, and organic social.
  • Partner with field, content, and product marketing teams to bring campaigns to life across all touch-points. 
  • Build and maintain an annual campaign plan aligned with top-line pipeline and revenue targets and built around the unique needs and expectations of our target industries and personas. 
  • Manage an external agency for paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms, including budget allocation, targeting strategies, and performance tracking. Deliver improved efficiencies across key metrics. 
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of lifecycle marketing strategies to engage and nurture leads throughout the customer journey
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of SEO initiatives to optimize website content, structure, and technical elements for improved organic search visibility and traffic acquisition
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of demand generation efforts. QA back-end reporting (e.g. conversion tracking) and provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing — Become an AI-enabled demand generation expert. 

What you will bring to Jasper:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing and integrated campaign marketing, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS industry.
  • Experience leading and managing a high-performing marketing team, with a proven track record of driving results and achieving business objectives.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid advertising, lifecycle marketing, SEO, and social media, with hands-on experience in campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools (to track and measure campaign performance, analyze data, and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker who can develop and execute data-driven demand-generation strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset, with a passion for driving continuous improvement and achieving measurable outcomes.

Compensation Range 

At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected base salary range offered for this role is $200,000-240,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
