Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 8 years experience; or equivalent experience.Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.7+ years of experience in manufacturing operations management.Proven ability to optimize production processes and improve operational efficiency.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in manufacturing software and tools.Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (e.g., Green Belt or Black Belt).Experience with ERP systems and advanced manufacturing technologies.
