About The Role

The landscape for AI Training is completely transforming as we speak. The pace and step-changes in model improvements are high, which has created an impetus for high-speed  innovation in training methodologies, evaluation tools and safety standards. This is a key role at Invisible that will shape the future of Invisible’s AI Training products. You will report directly to the Head of Product and will build a team that focuses on various aspects of our AI strategy, spanning the right training tools and techniques, datasets and evaluations. You will have the opportunity to build out a team of Product Managers and Designers, leading from the front for a transformative future in AIT. 

What You’ll Do

Research and Discovery: Lead research and discovery efforts in the next generation of frontier technology, including SFT, RLHF, RLAIF,  multi-modal training techniques and agentic AI workflows 

Proofs of Concept Development: Develop cutting-edge proofs of concept with foundational model companies and other technology clients utilizing these capabilities to build or train their own models.

Tooling Development: Create tools that enhance the productivity and quality of human agents in labeling, annotation, and training work. Develop reporting and analytical capabilities that help clients make informed trade offs and decisions.

Infrastructure Development: Build the necessary infrastructure to deploy, monitor, and ensure the quality of training datasets and models.

Collaboration with Experts: Work closely with ML engineers, data scientists, and researchers to identify and invest in the right areas for building state-of-the-art AI training products.

What We Need

You will have 7-8 years of product management experience in technology companies, including 2-3 years of managing PMs. You have a proven track record in building cutting edge tools for foundational and Gen AI products, serving the needs of top AI companies and dealing with tens of thousands of human agents. You obsess over the latest developments in AI and are directly involved in industry conversations around it. You want to be a part of a visionary team where your expertise will lead groundbreaking innovations in AI and frontier technologies, driving the future of intelligent solutions. Cross-team collaboration is a key strength and you lean into bringing an entire organization along with your vision and strategy. You enjoy diving deep and are data-driven. You are deeply strategic and spend as much time identifying the right problem to solve as in the solution itself. You have exceptional analytical skills and outstanding communication skills.

Compensation: 

  • Base: $230,000
  • Base + Bonus Target: $ 315,000
  • This role is eligible to participate in Invisible’s equity plan.

The amount listed above is the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.
