About The Role

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Director of Product Platform to lead the development and expansion of our platform's capabilities. This role will focus on understanding customer needs, defining APIs, creating reusable components, and developing strategies for various deployment models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, deep technical expertise, and experience with enterprise-grade platforms.

What You’ll Do

  • Customer Research & Insights: Conduct thorough research to understand the specific needs of customers across various verticals, including Healthcare, Financial Services, and E-commerce. Segment the market into enterprises, SMBs, and mid-market to tailor platform offerings accordingly. Collaborate with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to gather insights and prioritize customer requirements.
  • API Development & Integration: Define a comprehensive set of APIs to facilitate custom, scalable integrations with the right datasets and primitives. Ensure that APIs are designed to support the diverse needs of different industries and customer segments. Collaborate with engineering teams to oversee the implementation and maintenance of these APIs.
  • Custom Widgets & Automation Components: Identify and prioritize the development of custom widgets and automation components that can be reused across various integrations. Develop a strategic point of view (POV) on which components should be built first based on market demand and technical feasibility. Work closely with design and engineering teams to create high-quality, user-friendly components.
  • Libraries for Core Platform Functions: Define and oversee the development of libraries for critical platform functions, including authentication, safety checks, quality assurance (QA), and evaluations. Ensure these libraries are scalable, secure, and easily integrable with existing and future platform components.
  • Data Management & Evaluation: Define datasets and data management strategies for training, processing, testing, and evaluation at scale. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure the quality and relevance of these datasets. Develop best practices for data governance and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Deployment Strategy: Develop a comprehensive strategy for offering on-premises, hybrid, and hosted solutions. Work with technical teams to ensure platform flexibility and scalability across different deployment models. Address customer needs for data privacy, security, and compliance in each deployment option.

What We Need

The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of product management experience, demonstrating a track record of successful product launches and innovations. At least 2-3 years of experience in people management, with proven leadership skills in guiding and mentoring teams, is required. Experience working on B2B, SaaS products, with a preference for candidates with a background in operations, is essential. Familiarity with intelligent operations and related technologies will be highly valued. The ideal candidate will be innovative, proactive, and driven to deliver high-impact solutions that align with Invisible's vision and goals.

  • Proven experience in product management, particularly in platform development and enterprise solutions.
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of APIs, data integration, and software architecture.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
  • Familiarity with the specific needs and regulatory requirements of industries like Healthcare, Financial Services, and E-commerce is a plus.

Compensation: 

  • Base: $230,000
  • Base + Bonus Target: $315,000
  • This role is eligible to participate in Invisible’s equity plan.

The amount listed above is the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.
