Perplexity is seeking an experienced Enterprise Marketer to join our innovative team, transforming the way people search and interact with the internet. This role involves envisioning and executing a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aimed at acquiring enterprise customers.
Success in this role will be measured by increased awareness and understanding of our enterprise product, a rise in inbound leads, faster sales cycles, and a robust co-sales/channel sales motion with partners. The ideal candidate will possess experience in co-marketing, product enablement, marketing resource development, and sales team training. This person should be strategic, business-minded, creative, and experienced in growth and partner marketing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall growth marketing strategy, fostering strong cross-functional relationships and operational rhythms.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Product teams to refine strategies, plan tactics, and share results.
- Partner with Brand and Design teams to create engaging content for channel partners and the Sales team, including joint marketing campaigns, webinars, events, social media, and training workshops.
- Communicate product updates, new collateral, and enablement materials to Sales, Partnerships, and channel partners.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales and channel partner marketing performance.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience with enterprise products and growth marketing.
- Enthusiasm for AI and a solid understanding of the AI and search space.
- Ability to thrive in a small, agile team with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
- A minimum of 4 years of industry experience.
The cash compensation range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000.

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including, experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
Equity: In addition to the base salary, equity is part of the total compensation package.
