About The Role

As an Events & Webinar Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our events strategy, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and fostering industry relationships. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will collaborate with various teams, including marketing, sales, and external partners, to ensure the seamless execution of events and webinars. This role offers significant opportunities for career growth and the chance to make a substantial impact on our company’s success.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive events strategy, including marquee events, smaller vertical-specific events, roundtables, and executive meetings.
  • Identify and recommend the right events for paid sponsorship and manage applications for non-paid/organic keynote appearances.
  • Submit proposals, organize speakers, and manage the execution of events from pre-event planning to post-event reconciliation.
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote events and maximize their impact, collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Plan and execute all aspects of large-scale marquee events to generate significant brand awareness and brand associations.
  • Identify and execute smaller, vertical-specific events targeted at lead generation and storytelling within specific industries (FinServ, Healthcare, Food, Hospitality, and Retail).
  • Plan and facilitate executive roundtables and meetings to foster deep discussions, networking, and building executive reputations.
  • Host webinars independently and in partnership with others to highlight company capabilities, ensuring strong attendance and content repurposing.

What We Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in event planning and management, preferably within a marketing or corporate setting.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful events and webinars.

Compensation: 

  • Base: $110,000 
  • Base + Bonus Target: $145,000 
  • This role is eligible to participate in Invisible’s equity plan.
