As the Executive Assistant to our engineering executives, you will support multiple Engineering VPs, acting as a strategic partner to help them stay focused on key initiatives. You’ll manage their calendars, prioritize their time, and provide administrative support that aligns with their strategic goals. This role requires someone who can juggle multiple priorities, think ahead, and ensure that our engineering leaders are always focused on what matters most.

This role is hybrid, based out of Austin, TX, Santa Clara, CA, Toronto, ON, Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the calendars of multiple engineering executives, prioritizing engagements that align with key engineering and company-wide goals.
  • Focus Management: Proactively identify areas where the engineering executives’ attention is most needed, helping to filter out less critical tasks and ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives.
  • Meeting & Event Coordination and Follow-Up: Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up actions for engineering meetings, ensuring that they are focused and aligned with strategic goals. Prepare agendas and execute logistics to support successful meetings and events as needed. 
  • Communication: Act as a strategic liaison between the engineering executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring communications are aligned with the executives’ priorities and strategic goals.
  • Travel Arrangements: Handle all travel logistics with a focus on minimizing disruption and aligning travel with the executives’ strategic priorities.

 

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting executives, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and think strategically.
  • Well-versed in office tools such as spreadsheets and powerpoint / google sheets. 
  • Excellent judgment, communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, provide strategic insight, and act with initiative and discretion.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and schedules.

 

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
