The Facilities Coordinator will assist our several test sites in the Bonham and Frisco areas.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform routine maintenance on warehouse equipment, including inspections and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct repairs and replacements of defective or worn-out components.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and address any maintenance-related concerns.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide light facilities support (move chairs, set up banners, Conference room support)
  • Drive to other locations for routine maintenance inspections using the company vehicle.
  • Operate forklift, scissor lift, and pallet jack.
  • Assist other roles as needed.

    • Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in warehouse maintenance or a related field.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform tasks that require bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
  • Must be able to pass a driver's license background check.

    • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

    Total package details:
    Regular employee positions: Salary within range listed above + Bonus + Benefits + Equity
    Temporary employee positions: Hourly within range listed above + temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days of employment)
    *Interns/Military Fellows/Part-time not eligible for bonus, benefits or equity
