We are seeking a motivated HBO Facility Management intern to join our team. You will do this as part of our Facilities team based in Hilversum, which specialises in providing the best hospitality services possible for our offices. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in managing our facilities while supporting our operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining and improving facility services.
- Support the planning and execution of facility projects and events.
- Conduct regular inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors.
- Contribute to creating a safe and welcoming work environment.
- Take over reception duties as needed, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere.
The essentials:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Facility Management or related field (HBO level).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive and team-oriented attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, or Google Sheets.
- English and Dutch spoken and written proficiency.
- A good sense of humour.
