Job Description:
Fleet Support Specialists on the Reliability Testing team perform organizational level and regular scheduled maintenance on the next generation of V-BAT platform and its related ground support in equipment, in support of flight operations and product reliability testing. In addition to land-based operations in the Dallas area, you will also support maritime operational testing, as well as land-based flight testing near the gulf coast.
Job Description:
Fleet Support Specialists on the Reliability Testing team perform organizational level and regular scheduled maintenance on the next generation of V-BAT platform and its related ground support in equipment, in support of flight operations and product reliability testing. In addition to land-based operations in the Dallas area, you will also support maritime operational testing, as well as land-based flight testing near the gulf coast.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform reliability testing of the next generation of V-BAT 
  • Perform organizational level and scheduled maintenance on the V-BAT and its related ground support equipment
  • Support flight operations 
  • Perform engine reliability testing 
  • Work closely with engineers, product developers and other operators to identify improvements to the V-BAT product 
  • Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently and lead in a small team environment, often in austere locations 
  • Ability to have a high attention to detail and be situationally aware 
  • Ability to pass a background check in accordance with company policy  
  • Ability to possess a Secret DoD security clearance as required 
  • Be willing to travel to perform maritime operations as required
  • Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting/maintenance experience 
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with other manned or unmanned systems  
  • Maritime/shipboard UAS experience   
  • A&P certified

    Total package details:
    Regular employee positions: Salary within range listed above + Bonus + Benefits + Equity
    Temporary employee positions: Hourly within range listed above + temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days of employment)
    *Interns/Military Fellows/Part-time not eligible for bonus, benefits or equity
