This is an exciting opportunity for a tenured sales executive to shape the future of retail and e-commerce. In this role, you will work alongside our CEO, CTO, board, and investors to meet with senior executives at the top retail and e-commerce companies and develop business opportunities for Stability AI. You will couple your existing industry executive relationships with ours, and grow Stability AI’s business in a subset of named global strategic accounts in Retail. You will also work alongside our product and research teams to shape our roadmap and offerings to meet the needs of these customers. We are looking for an entrepreneurial and highly experienced retail professional to grow our business. For the right qualified candidate, this is a dream job.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Stability AI’s executive team to engage named global retail accounts, deeply understand their needs, and build solutions with Stability AI’s products and services.
  • Develop detailed account plans and strategies in order to effectively land complex, global, enterprise wide opportunities at named retail customers.
  • Work closely with Stability AI’s channel partners and maximize retail ecosystem relationships to create new business for Stability AI.
  • Develop and maintain C-level relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders at customer and partner organizations.
  • Own the deal lifecycle end-to-end, coordinating internal supporting resources as needed including solution engineering, product, research, and legal to close opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years in sales or business development experience. 
  • 10+ years selling into retail customers. 
  • Significant subject matter expertise in retail, merchandising, and e-commerce
  • Existing C-suite and senior executive relationships across the retail ecosystem, including major brands, agencies, suppliers, and technology partners.
  • Highly data driven, with an entrepreneurial attitude and desire to win

Compensation

The OTE for this role is around $400,000 with multipliers in place after 100% of target is met. Individual pay within the range is based on factors like job-related skills and experience. Total compensation also includes commission, stock options and benefits
