Are you a customer-obsessed product leader? Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a results-driven and strategic Go-to-Market (GTM) technical program manager to join the fast-growing Digital Marketing Lead Management & Operations (LMO) team to help effectively launch a confidential platform and set of natively built (NAWS) services. As a GTM Manager, you will own highly visible product launches that span global sales and marketing teams. This role will allow you to help AWS establish best practices in product testing, go-to-market planning, change management, and ongoing product support that will directly impact sales productivity and revenue.

Key job responsibilities
As a Go-to-Market Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our Machine Learning tooling is effectively tested and released into production supported by robust change management and clear communications, allowing global sales and marketing organizations to effectively adopt new processes or features with ease.

You will act as a liaison between the customer and product teams, inform the product roadmap based on customer feedback and drive multiple teams (engineering, product, program) to execute on the vision. You will utilize your background in marketing and operations to help define the vision that enables marketer efficiency through the use of GenAI services.

As the single-threaded go-to-market owner, you are trusted to define strategic adoption plans for your service and operate with independence. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and engineering customers, understand their use cases, and dive deep on dependencies.

You can influence and communicate with senior-level stakeholders and represent the point of view of the marketing organization. You can clearly articulate (verbally and in writing) complex problems or product features, tough trade-offs, and propose testing or enablement solutions to help your stakeholders understand. You are an excellent, customer-obsessed writer that generates communications that are easy to follow and structured in an intuitive way, allowing stakeholders and customers to quickly learn about platform changes and capabilities. This a unique role that will work closely with a diverse set of global, functional (i.e. Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations) stakeholders. You can lead without direct authority.

A day in the life
Typical responsibilities:
* Own the launch of new Machine Learning (ML) based capabilities to global AWS Marketing and Sales Teams
* Translate complex and ambiguous business problems into crisp business requirements
*Design and manage execution of product testing plans ensuring all technical capabilities are working as expected prior to impacting the customer experience
*Lead User Acceptance Testing Sessions and Product Demos, thoughtfully capturing feedback along the way (to inform future product or enablement changes)
*Deliver effective change management, communication plans and enablement mechanisms that result in fast adoption of new features
*Own creation and ongoing management of the adoption network for your product/service(s)
